We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all maintenance and installation works to ensure the site performs at its peak each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular breakdown and preventative maintenance of plant equipment, including pumps, valves, transfer lines, mixers, filling lines, conveyors, powder handling equipment, robots, and workshop equipment.">
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to optimize plant performance and efficiency.">
  • Manage mechanical and pneumatic spare part stock levels to ensure adequate supply.">
  • Maintain a high level of mechanical knowledge and skills to work with aged plant equipment and non-automated systems.">

Requirements:

  • A mechanical trade certificate or equivalent experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.">
  • Fabrication background is highly desirable.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, flexible attitude to succeed.">
  • Ability to operate in an autonomous capacity with strong time management skills.">
