About Our Industrial Maintenance Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a mechanical fitter in the industrial sector. As a mechanical fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and operation of air compressor systems across Greater Sydney.

Your primary responsibilities will include servicing equipment, offering expert advice on system conditions, preparing jobs in the workshop, performing field services, and maintaining our hire fleet. You must possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.

Hold any one of the following trade qualifications: Maintenance Fitter, Automotive Engineer, Dealership Mechanic, or Electrical Fitter. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with air compressor servicing is preferred, but transferable skills from Fitters or Mechanics are easily adaptable.

You must possess a current Driver's License, excellent communication skills, and preferably hold a Forklift, WWC, & EWP ticket. Key Skills Include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to diagnose problems, good time management, adaptability, safety awareness, and technical aptitude.
