**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify and rectify mechanical issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Replace defective parts, components, or systems to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and industry standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, seven days a week during shutdown projects.
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.

**Additional Information**:

- Project Location 1: Four hours south of Sydney
- Living Away From Home Allowance (LAHA) and meal allowance provided.
- Project Location 2: Western Sydney
- $20 per day travel allowance provided.
