This is more than just a customer service role - you will be part of a passionate and collaborative team that is dedicated to supporting our customers to look after pets and wildlife of all shapes and sizes. We achieve this through:
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Processing customer orders and demonstrating a sound knowledge of our product suite.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our cloud-based CRM system.
- Working in a friendly and supportive team environment where one person's success is everyone's success.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- At least 1 year's experience in phone-based customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high-volume, multi-channel team with a passion for customer service excellence.
- Superior active listening skills, ability to show empathy and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly.
- The ability to learn quickly and a willingness to adapt to change.
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Animal health/veterinary industry background is desirable but not required.
