Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Leader to spearhead the logistics function for our ANZ market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics department to optimize efficiency and profitability across all distribution channels.
  • Support and train the logistics team to ensure staff meet KPIs and facilitate personnel development where possible.
  • Communicate key logistics updates to stakeholders and collaborate with third-party transport providers to maintain service levels.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a logistics leadership role, preferably in a B2B/B2C retail environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of international logistics, 3PL management, inventory control, transport, and freight forwarding.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track-record of managing and developing a small to medium-sized team.
