As a Corporate Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional travel management experience to every client.
This customer-focused role involves acting as the main point of contact for corporate clients, delivering high-quality service and fostering ongoing strategic engagement through tailored training presentations, managing new client onboarding, and negotiating with suppliers to maximise value and operational effectiveness.
To achieve this, you will:
- Nurture client relationships by developing strong commercial acumen and analysing data to drive efficiencies
- Develop and manage key relationships with travel and tech partners to optimise client outcomes
- Drive account growth by identifying client needs and delivering tailored services with value-focused solutions

- Proven experience in corporate travel account management or business management
- Strong relationship management skills with corporate clients and travel industry suppliers
- Confidence presenting insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Knowledge of travel technology platforms and industry trends
