Job Title: Strategic Implementation Expert
Job Description
This individual will provide expert guidance and delivery for functional area engagements, serving as the billable functional leader on Workday implementations.
They will work closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, functional area leads, and senior client resources to ensure a robust and complete solution that meets the clients' needs and allows for future enhancements with limited rework.
Responsibilities
Provide functional leadership on multiple, concurrent Workday functional area implementations.
Oversee functional area Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions on Workday implementations.
Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice for EM and leads.
Ensure efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution in all functional areas (Core HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Recruiting and Learning).
Help team to understand and adhere to methodology and provide feedback to appropriate parties internally to support continuous enhancement of our tools and process.
Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery between their area and other areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Current Workday Certification.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Certified in at least two subspecialities in addition to their area.
Must be able to lead in each of these areas.
