About the Role

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in NSW. As part of our efforts to expand our market share in the Food Service sector, this role will be crucial in executing channel strategies across all Food Service Channels on a state basis.

You will partner with National Business Managers and other Account Managers to develop and lead pipelines of business opportunities, leveraging existing products, NPD opportunities, and customer-bespoke products. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning cross-functionally to deliver optimum strategy for the channel;
  • Creating sustainable business relationships with key state and end-user groups;
  • In-market intelligence gathering, analysing, utilising, and implementing;
  • Executing customer seasonal sales drivers to deliver incremental gross profit and volume;
  • Reviewing financial metrics and prioritising requirements based on risks and opportunities;
  • Leveraging trend and market insights to lead Category thinking within the channel;
  • Identifying portfolio opportunities for growth and targeting new customers;
  • Partnering with Category Marketing and Customer Experience Teams to bring channel strategy to life.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Territory/State Account Manager or equivalent in Food Service;
  • Strong cross-functional internal and external stakeholder management skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing difficult customer relationships and supply agreements;
  • Ability to work with new customers and develop relationships quickly;
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers and value chains within Food Service.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including bonuses and a Total Remuneration Package (TRP) of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
