A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our small corporate environment. As an Outbound Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for building relationships with corporate customers through outbound calls. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with contacts at all levels will be key to generating new business relationships or enhancing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating contact by telephone with potential and existing corporate customers across various industries
  • Data entry and CRM management
  • Administration tasks relevant to the role

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume outbound contact centre role within a corporate environment (banking, finance, insurance, private health provider, or similar)
  • Exceptional customer service ethos
  • Ability to build rapport and engage professionally with customers at all levels, including senior executives
  • Ability to handle customer objections
  • Outstanding time management and organisation
  • Strong drive and outcomes-focused approach
  • Strong computer skills
