We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Coordinator to join our team at Talent Web. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project delivery for fit-out and de-fit programs across a portfolio of tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project management of fit-out and de-fit programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, reporting progress to senior managers, property agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Initiate and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property/Land Economics, Design and Construction, or Project Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong experience in contractor management and evaluating project deliverables.
  • Understanding of statutory approvals and construction standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing key tasks.
  • Proficient in interpreting design and services drawings.
