Job Description

**Role Overview:**

As a Tenancy Delivery Manager at Redpath Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of tenancies through various phases of project establishment and construction. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating design and construction processes, and ensuring all requirements are met for a successful tenancy delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Project Establishment / Delivery:
  • Leasing Phase:
    • Collaborate with the Leasing Team to issue Tenancy Fitout Guidelines and brief Lessees on design and construction standards.
    • Oversee the preparation and distribution of individual Tenancy plans by the Architect.
    • Develop and maintain the tenancy coordination tracking schedule.
  • Design Approval Phase:
    • Distribute the project Information pack to Lessees and their designers, including essential documentation and guidelines.
    • Regularly update the Tenancy Coordination tracking schedule.
    • Work with clients to outline Lessee incentives and Category 1 costs.
    • Coordinate design reviews, issue comments, and finalise approved plans for tenancy construction.
    • Manage costings of Category 1 works and ensure timely completion by contractors.
    • Monitor permit applications and approvals to ensure compliance with project timelines.
  • Construction Phase:
    • Conduct handover inspections with Lessees and their fitout contractors.
    • Oversee the appointment of fitout contractors and ensure insurance requirements are met.
    • Monitor tenancy fitouts to ensure adherence to approved designs and timely completion.
    • Perform final inspections and manage defect rectifications.
    • Reconcile Category 1 works costs and coordinate retail tenancy occupation with the client and project team.
Integrated Management System (IMS):
  • Apply IMS management systems related to Quality, OHS, and Environment.
  • Communicate hazards, incidents, or improvement opportunities promptly.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed safely and with minimal environmental impact.
  • Participate in IMS training and meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in tenancy delivery management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of design and construction standards.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with IMS (Quality, OHS, Environment) management systems.
