As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through dynamic campaigns that nurture leads and foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage digital marketing expertise to execute multi-channel campaigns, focusing on lead generation, engagement, and business development.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to design and implement programmatic campaigns that elevate brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies, utilising email marketing, content distribution, and remarketing efforts to guide prospects through the marketing funnel.
  • Align marketing activities with business development goals, contributing to revenue opportunities and organisational growth.
  • Analyse campaign performance, reporting insights and providing actionable recommendations to enhance ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and industry leaders to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior team members and support seamless execution of marketing activities.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a passion for lead nurturing and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external agencies to execute programmatic campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing both internal and external partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen to evaluate lead quality and align marketing efforts with growth strategies.
  • Expertise in marketing tools like Marketo, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and programmatic ad platforms.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, with a focus on digital marketing and lead nurturing.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns and collaborating with external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
