About the Role

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and improving customer service across various retail sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance site and leadership team engagement on customer service.
  • Owning the development and delivery of business change programs to drive improved customer service.
  • Taking ownership of measuring and engaging customer service metrics and results.
  • Creating a network of experts to champion customer service focus teams and deliver the customer service strategy.
  • Planning for continuous improvement in how we measure service.
  • Leading product knowledge learning across sites.
About You

You will need an experienced background in customer service or a similar setting with exposure to Learning & Development across diverse teams. You will also have demonstrated experience in designing, managing, and leading process and systems improvement work.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational and time management skills to effectively network across all areas of the business.

You will also need:

  • Change management experience within a retail setting.
  • A strong track record of developing and implementing strategic plans that deliver exceptional results.
  • The ability to analyse and interpret complex data and financial reporting to present simple and meaningful insights.
