Strategic Process Improvement Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Improvement Manager to lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across processing and operational projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business improvement plans aligned with strategic objectives, including process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvement initiatives into planning, budgeting, and operational systems.
- Lead high-impact improvement projects to deliver significant benefits across processing and operational areas.
- Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and constraint management to solve complex operational challenges.
- Track, measure, and report initiatives through effective systems and tools.
- Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, and collaboration among team members.
- Create safe spaces for innovation and learning from failure, promoting transparency in improvement efforts.
- You will have excellent communication skills and hold the following qualifications and experience:
- Engineering or finance tertiary education.
- MBA would be advantageous.
- 10 + years experience in business improvement frameworks, process optimization, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business improvement strategies.
