We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead the strategic implementation of process improvements across multiple countries.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to foster collaboration and adoption
  • Design and deliver communication strategies to engage employees, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Analyze change readiness, adoption metrics, and resistance trends to inform strategy adjustments
  • Develop stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness, and transition plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects (essential)
  • Degree qualified in a related field such as Business Administration or Organizational Development
  • Minimum six years' experience in project change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in complex environments and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Relevant certifications in change management such as Prosci or APMG
  • A passion for driving business outcomes and empowering employees
