Process Improvement Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. This role is central to identifying and delivering improvements across operational support functions.

This position will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas to analyse processes, define opportunities for optimisation, and contribute to scalable, data-driven solutions.

  • Analyse and map existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements across multiple functions.
  • Lead the delivery of your assigned workstream, managing tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Support solution testing, implementation, and user adoption, while tracking benefits and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business support functions, especially within Finance, Commercial, and Risk.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage your own workstream with minimal supervision.
