A full-time opportunity exists within our team for a Franchise Services Coordinator. As the Franchise Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the administrative support for events staged by the Group and deliver detailed processes in a timely fashion with exemplary attention to detail.

The key responsibilities of this role include the set up and management of events via conference booking software system (EventsAIR), booking venues and ensuring delivery of training events in consultation with state support teams. There will be a focus on back of house events preparation including production of bulk mail communications, coordination of marketing materials, liaising and confirming details with vendors and suppliers, as well as occasional onsite support at events such as delegate registration, allocation of name tags, pack in/pack out.
