**Job Title:** Head Of Quality – Product Innovation, Lifecycle

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing product quality strategies to ensure high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory standards. This involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception and development through each stage of the product's life.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the product quality strategic plan, lead and mentor the Product Innovation, Lifecycle team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement to deliver a competitive edge.
  • Oversee development, implementation, and enforcement of robust processes and standards.
  • Evaluate and mitigate quality risks at each product lifecycle stage.
  • Cultivate relationships with Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Group Operations teams.

**Requirements:

  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Lifesciences, or Biosciences.
  • At least five years of experience in people management within Quality, with a proven record of leading teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in driving high performance and an agile culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health Authority Organisations and TGA guidelines.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage quality control across diverse product categories.
