Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of a non-hub library, providing excellent customer experience to internal and external customers. This includes rostering, supervising, and assisting library staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Library and Information Science or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a library environment or customer service role.
