As a Chief Elf, you will be responsible for motivating your team, managing daily operations, and ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top-quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
  • Daily Operations: Manage rosters, workflow, and POS operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Visitor Engagement: Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere, even on the busiest days.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the processing and packaging of visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A leader who can motivate and inspire their team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Able to create positive experiences for visitors and team alike.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance.
