Christmas Experience Leader

Create Magic for Visitors as a Team Chief.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Team Chiefs to inspire, support, and lead their teams to deliver magical moments for Santa's visitors. As a leader in Santa's photo studio, you will be responsible for leading from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism, and festive flair.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to create unforgettable visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busy days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is of top quality, an ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
Requirements
  • A leader who inspires and supports others
  • Great with people (and pets) of all ages
  • Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team alike
  • Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
