Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with a portfolio of clients to develop strong relationships and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
  • Manage client partnerships to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic plans to meet their evolving needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for each client, providing proactive support and expert guidance on IT services.
  • Develop and maintain Client Success Plans to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.

You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and effective issue resolution.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  3. Provide expert guidance on IT services and advise clients on best practices for maximizing value.
  4. Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Proven experience in customer success or related field, with a track record of delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Copilot for Microsoft 365, with knowledge of key account management fundamentals.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
