We are seeking a dynamic and experienced expert to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our business.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional services in a timely and satisfactory manner for customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, including project scope, technical specifications, and solution design.
  • Assist in deploying, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Fortinet security solutions in customer environments.
  • Execute customer and internal tasks autonomously, demonstrating ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing technical guidance and coaching to other members to enhance their skills.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to remain proficient with Fortinet technologies and provide best practice advice during project delivery.
  • Maintain advanced technical expertise in network security infrastructure, firewalls, VPN technologies, web application firewalling, and centralized logging and reporting solutions.
  • Write and present high-level technical documentation as required.
  • Interface with partners and distribute knowledge internally to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Effectively communicate project information to management and address interpersonal conflicts and issues.
  • Adapt to changing workload, demonstrate resilience and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Analyse technical issues, implement troubleshooting methodologies, identify root causes, and apply remediation where possible.
