Education Lead

This role serves as the face and voice of our brand in retail locations across ANZ, primarily at Sephora.

The ideal candidate will embody our mission, values, and aesthetic in every interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing retail displays and merchandising in all stores.
  • Training, educating, and inspiring Beauty Advisors through in-store sessions, cluster trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Creating engaging artistry content for social media and internal platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Makeup Artistry skills befitting our brand.
  • A true fan who resonates with our values: self-expression, inclusivity, clean beauty, community, and creativity.

As an Education Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills of our Beauty Advisors. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our brand's aesthetic and values.
