Beauty Artistry Leader

This role is responsible for being the face and voice of a leading beauty brand in retail locations across ANZ, mainly Sephora.

The Role:
  • Manage visual displays and wallbays nationally
  • Inspire and educate Beauty Advisors
  • Bring the brand's ethos to life through engaging training, content creation, and store presence
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the leader for artistry and education across AU & NZ
  • Oversee execution and merchandising in all retail stores (mainly Sephora)
  • Train, educate, and inspire Beauty Advisors through in-store sessions, cluster trainings, and one-on-one coaching
  • Create engaging artistry content for social media and internal platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail field leadership and store teams
  • Provide in-store support during key sales events
  • Maintain training materials and budgets responsibly
  • Participate in brand events, launches, and activations as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the beauty industry
  • Makeup Artistry skills befitting the brand
  • A true fan who resonates with our values: self-expression, inclusivity, clean beauty, community, and creativity
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation, training facilitation and storytelling skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a national territory independently
  • Ability to travel interstate and occasionally internationally
  • Social media savvy and comfortable creating content on camera
