Lead Artistry & Education Job

This is a key role within our retail organization. Your main responsibilities will include managing our gondolas and wallbays nationally, inspiring and educating Beauty Advisors, and bringing our brand ethos to life through engaging training, content creation, and store presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Lead for Artistry, Retail & Education, embodying our mission, values, and aesthetic in every interaction.
  • Oversee gondola/wallbay execution and merchandising in all retail stores – ensure planogram compliance, testers management, stock integrity, and strong brand presence.
  • Oversee in-store animations, promotions, and brand-led retail activations.
  • Train, educate, and inspire Beauty Advisors through in-store sessions, cluster trainings, and one-on-one coaching. Teach techniques, tips, and product storytelling to build advocacy and sales confidence.
  • Create engaging artistry content for internal platforms (e.g. social snippets, tutorials, application demos).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail field leadership and store teams to maximize visibility, support, and partnership opportunities.
  • Provide in-store support during key sales events, ensuring full-day presence to drive engagement and performance.
  • Regularly visit stores across both Australia and New Zealand, with flexible travel schedules as needed to support all key locations.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, customer sentiment, and in-store execution to the team.
  • Maintain training materials, gratis allocation, and budgets responsibly.
  • Participate in brand events, launches, and activations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a retail executive, retail trainer, or field education role.
  • Makeup Artistry skills befitting our brand.
  • A true fan of our brand who resonates with our values: self-expression, inclusivity, clean beauty, community, and creativity.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation, training facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a national territory independently.
  • Ability to travel interstate and occasionally internationally, with a flexible schedule.
  • Social media savvy and comfortable creating content on camera.
  • Previous retail store experience or understanding of retail structure and culture is a strong advantage.
