The role of Lead, Artistry, Education & Retail is a critical position that embodies the spirit of creativity and innovation. As the face and voice of Milk Makeup in all retail locations across the region, you will be responsible for managing gondolas & wallbays nationally, inspiring and educating Beauty Advisors, and bringing the Milk ethos to life through engaging training, content creation, and store presence.
This position requires high autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. You will represent the brand with authenticity, creativity, and consistency – making Milk Makeup unmissable across the retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Lead for Artistry, Retail & Education for Milk Makeup across AU & NZ, embodying the brand's mission, values, and aesthetic in every interaction.
- Oversee gondola/wallbay execution and merchandising in all retail stores (mainly Sephora)— ensure planogram compliance, testers management, stock integrity, and strong brand presence.
- Oversee in-store animations, promotions and brand-led retail activations.
- Train, educate, and inspire Beauty Advisors through in-store sessions, cluster trainings, and one-on-one coaching. Teach techniques, tips, and product storytelling to build advocacy and sales confidence.
- Create engaging artistry content for social media and internal platforms (e.g. social snippets, tutorials, application demos).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora/retail field leadership and store teams to maximize visibility, support, and partnership opportunities.
- Provide in-store support during key sales events such as Member Sales (2–3 times per year), ensuring full-day presence to drive engagement and performance.
- Regularly visit stores across both Australia and New Zealand, with flexible travel schedules as needed to support all key locations.
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer sentiment, and in-store execution to the brand team.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a Retail Executive, Retail Trainer, or Field Education role.
- Makeup Artistry skills befitting the brand.

- Confident communicator with strong presentation, training facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a national territory independently.
- Ability to travel interstate and occasionally internationally, with a flexible schedule.
- Social media savvy and comfortable creating content on camera.
- Previous Sephora store experience or understanding of Sephora structure and culture is a strong advantage.
