Job Title: Artistry and Education Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee gondola/wallbay execution and merchandising in retail stores. This role involves ensuring planogram compliance, managing testers, maintaining stock integrity, and creating a strong brand presence.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee gondola/wallbay execution and merchandising in all retail stores, ensuring planogram compliance and maintaining a strong brand presence.
  • Train and educate Beauty Advisors through in-store sessions, cluster trainings, and one-on-one coaching, teaching techniques, tips, and product storytelling to build advocacy and sales confidence.
  • Create engaging artistry content for social media and internal platforms, such as social snippets, tutorials, and application demos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail field leadership and store teams to maximize visibility, support, and partnership opportunities.
