Job Title: Mine Site Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mine Site Leader to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing the full operation of our on-site laboratory.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a skilled team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and reporting hazards and incidents.
- Recording, investigation, and reporting procedures.
- Demonstrating visible safety leadership.
- Completing incident investigations to identify root causes.
- Ensuring familiarity with and compliance to environmental regulations.
- Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Managing procurement and freight of parts and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Light vehicle and laboratory equipment competencies.
- Previous experience operating onsite laboratories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic spreadsheets.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in all aspects of laboratory operations.
