  • Proven experience leading national accounts and sales teams with a track record of success.
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of financial drivers including margin, pricing, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Marketplace expertise with knowledge of the Australian retail landscape.
  • A people-first mindset with a focus on developing a high-performance culture.
  • Systems savvy with experience using CRM or planning systems to enable smarter selling and sharper decision-making.
