National Business Development Executive

This role will see you focused on building and maintaining trusted relationships with both our customers and vendor partners. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day account management functions to assist with growing your product and category portfolio within each unique retailer business.
- Management of sales targets and weekly sales forecasting is essential in this role.
- You will engage with internal stakeholders to drive towards successful customer outcomes.
- Analyze key customer metrics to drive growth, including managing, developing, and growing assigned customers within your region.
- Develop strong and trusted business relationships with Ingram Micro's customer and vendor partners.
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets set each month by the business.
- Assist with the execution of customer trading terms, being proactive in national account management, working with the customer to achieve their goals and metrics, while focusing on Ingram Micro's goals at the same time.
- Build relationships with new vendors being onboarded to find opportunities within your customer segment.
This position requires a strategic thinking mindset – forward-thinking, strong influencing skills, and commercially sharp.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in account management within the consumer space are necessary.
- Confidence working across multiple customers and vendors with strong organizational skills is required.
- Solid understanding of financial and sales metrics is essential.
- A willingness to continue to grow and develop your own skill set amongst multiple customer segments is desired.
