Senior Medical Indemnity Product Specialist

About Us
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle management of our medical indemnity insurance products.
This role will involve managing existing products, recommending enhancements, reviewing opportunities for new products and ensuring continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for understanding our product suite, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing training and communication to ensure a shared understanding throughout the organization.
The Key Responsibilities Include:- End-to-end product design, implementation, and management;
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment in coverage and direction;
- Identifying competitiveness and making recommendations about changes;
- Supporting the business in relation to products, including training and answering queries;
- Acting as a subject matter expert in projects affecting core medical indemnity products;
- Creating a shared understanding throughout the business regarding how products operate.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in insurance or a related field, strong change management experience, and excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
