About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our medical indemnity insurance products.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment in coverage and direction across the organisation.
- End-to-end product design, implementation, and management;
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to drive business objectives;
- Competitiveness analysis and recommendations for product improvements;
- Supporting the business through training, staff queries, and member assistance;
- Subject matter expertise in projects affecting core medical indemnity products;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in insurance or a related field, with a strong track record of writing and maintaining claims-made policies. Additionally, they should have excellent change management skills and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
