Nurse Care Specialist

As a healthcare professional, you will provide quality patient care and develop personalized treatment plans.
About The RoleThis is a part-time opportunity working 30 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday.
- Deliver high-quality patient care and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated patient management
- Assess patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments
- Develop and maintain patient care plans to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Assess patients and coordinate appropriate treatments
- Australian citizenship or residency for security clearance purposes
- Current unconditional registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care or primary health care setting (or part-time equivalent)
- Recent participation in continuous professional development activities in accordance with AHPRA guidelines
- Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification
