Progressive Online Therapy Practice for Curious Humans

At The Indigo Project, we have been a trusted brand for over 10 years and we pride ourselves on shaking things up. We're not like any other psychology practice or mental health organisation. We know that old methods need to change if we're going to break the stigma of mental health.

This is your chance to work remotely with clients for a progressive online therapy practice that thinks creatively about mental health. We're looking for psychologists from all over Australia to join our Telehealth team who can bring thoughtfulness, consideration, intuition and warmth to our clients, many who work in professional, creative backgrounds and who are looking for something different. Our team is specially curated and we only take on a few practitioners a year. We are also looking for psychologists who can work with  ADHD to meet the demand of inquiries from our community.

You are dynamic, creative, open and passionate about accompanying your client towards a life aligned with their values. Your life experience and your own practice of self-development is vital.

Skills & Experience Preferred:

  • Psychologists who can work with ADHD welcomed to apply
  • Specialists in trauma, somatic therapy and EMDR strongly welcomed to apply.
  • We have a demand for LGBTQIA+ and non-binary psychologists from our community

To be considered for the position you will need:

  • To be able to take on at least 12-18 client session per week with a preference for some evening hours
  • Experience using a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g. IFS, compassionate enquiry, mindfulness-based techniques, ACT, psychodynamic, somatic approaches)
  • Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia & Medicare Provider Number
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Early-career and established psychologists welcomed to apply and from any state in Australia
