Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to facilitate timely delivery of facilities services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Manage work orders and contractor communications in line with agreed service levels.
- Assist with scheduling and reporting of maintenance activities.
- Support financial administration including purchase orders and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities coordination or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and task prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident working with job management systems and MS Office suite.
- Able to work on-site at a high-security location; aviation sector experience advantageous.
