Operations Manager Job in Melbourne

A high-performing Operations Manager is required to lead our Melbourne-based team, responsible for 5 locations. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive business improvement strategies and contribute to the growth of a leading hospitality company.

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager, Operations Manager or Regional Manager who has successfully opened new sites, analyzed portfolio/group financials, and managed multiple sites. A minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience as an Area Manager or similar role is essential.

This leader will be hands-on, working closely with middle management teams to develop and implement structured strategies that drive short- and long-term profit targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on people development, culture, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of managers across 5 Melbourne locations
  • Develop and implement business improvement strategies
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Operations to drive growth and profitability
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience as an Area Manager or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
