Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead digital transformation projects, focusing on improving patient and clinician experience through technology.

  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and organisational readiness.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Change Manager on digital transformation projects.
  • A deep understanding of digital technologies, such as Salesforce Health Cloud and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.
  • Experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and define solution scope.
