Job Description

CBH is a leader in the Australian grain industry and operates a large, complex business. The company has an advanced logistics network that connects growers with its people and provides opportunities for career growth in different roles and locations.

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. You will support the development and refresh of corporate strategy and business unit plans, manage strategic projects, and deliver insights that influence decisions across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
  • A proven track record in investment banking, management consulting, or significant experience in corporate strategy or professional services, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver high-impact strategic insights
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling insights
  • Project management experience and knowledge of commodity trading or supply chain operations (desirable but not essential)
