We are seeking a skilled Growth Strategist to manage and expand our Partner portfolio in the Western Australia region.
The successful candidate will drive mutual profitability, coordinate across internal teams, and craft strategic plans that align with our Partners' goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Partners across the region.
- Understand Partners' business strategies, challenges, and goals, and secure ongoing initiatives.
- Run and own sales and delivery processes with Partners, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Gather market knowledge on competitors, trends, and synergies, and share insights with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at Partners.
- Driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of customers' businesses and licensing for multiple vendors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting environments, with a solid technical understanding of hybrid and cloud-based solutions.
- Professional level English (written and verbal).
