Job Description

The role of a Technical Business Analyst involves supporting clients in data analysis, requirements gathering, and designing solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.

This position requires working consultatively across various data environments to help clients solve their business problems.

Main responsibilities include continuous process improvement, identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis, and creating requirement specifications.

Data analysis using SQL, DAX, and other programming languages is essential to form business requirements.

Team members are accountable for performance and results, with the ability to manage or supervise team members to deliver complex technical initiatives.

We look for individuals with demonstrated experience creating requirements specifications, analyzing requirements, and facilitating workshop sessions.

Demonstrated expertise in a core domain of expertise, such as data migration processes, modern web applications, or other domains like SAP or integration platforms, is required.

Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL and programming skills like Python and R are essential.

Ideally, candidates will also have experience in end-to-end project delivery, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and excellent communication skills.
