About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, brings fresh thinking to the table, and knows how to turn insights into creative that hits home.
  • You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled creatives, shaping ideas that are bold, engaging, and built to resonate with our community.
  • You will drive the creative vision while keeping things aligned, on-brief, and ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or something similar.
  • Extensive experience in a similar Creative Manager, Creative Director, Art Director role.
  • Proven communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions.
  • Ability to creatively conceptualize ideas as well as give clear direction.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design briefs from conception to delivery.
  • Demonstrated high-level organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage workflow and schedules to ensure timelines are being met.
