Senior Textile Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Textile Designer to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in textile design and a passion for creating innovative, commercially viable designs.

The successful candidate will lead the design development process from concept to final artwork, ensuring all designs align with our brand's aesthetic and seasonal direction. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret trend insights, create original designs, and mentor junior designers to elevate overall creative output.

**Key Requirements:**
  • A degree or qualification in a related field such as Textile Design, Graphic Design, or Fashion Design.
  • Extensive experience in textile design, preferably within activewear, intimates, or lifestyle categories.
  • Proven ability to lead the design process from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial needs.
  • Expertise in identifying and interpreting emerging fashion and lifestyle trends into innovative designs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and inspire junior designers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
