Creative Visionary

The primary function of this role is to create innovative and engaging visual content that aligns with the brand's vision. This includes designing print collateral, campaigns, retail POS, environmental graphics, and digital media.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret design briefs, presenting clear and compelling ideas to the team.
In addition to individual creative responsibilities, this role also involves leading a team and providing coaching to ensure the highest quality designs are produced in line with the brand's standards.
- Deliver new and exciting creative solutions to drive brand engagement.
- Collaborate with the communications team to translate creative strategies into compelling executions.
- Produce high-quality designs and artwork that meet the brand's vision and expectations.
- Lead and coach a team of designers to achieve shared goals.
- Degree or higher qualifications in graphic design or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating brand communications, print collateral, and campaigns.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and present ideas clearly.
- Experience with web and digital media design.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS.
