About the Role

We're looking for a talented Creative Director with a passion for streetwear and a strong visual eye. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled creatives, shaping ideas that connect and inspire our community.

The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, brings fresh thinking to the table, and knows how to turn insights into creative that hits home. They will also play a key role in keeping our brand culture-forward, authentic, and community-driven.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of creatives to shape ideas that connect and inspire our community
  • Driving the creative vision while keeping things aligned, on-brief, and ahead of the curve
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of our brand's identity, values, and mission

Key Skills & Qualifications

•Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
•Extensive experience in a similar Creative Manager, Creative Director, Art Director role
•Proven communication, leadership, and people-management skills
•Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions
•Ability to creatively conceptualise ideas as well as give clear direction
•Ability to effectively communicate design briefs from conception to delivery
•Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage workflow and schedules to ensure timelines are being met
