Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team in the picturesque South West region of Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the opening of the 2nd floor of our relatively new medium-sized facility and building a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
About the Role- Report directly to the COO and manage operations to drive the opening of the 2nd floor
- Grow, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Review and select new residents whose care needs align with the facility's capabilities
- Control a budget and optimize resources to achieve financial targets and business objectives
- Maintain the facility's accreditation by conducting audits and introducing continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead the implementation of changes to adapt to strengthened standards
- Support a working environment that encourages innovation and transformation
- Strategic input and innovative ideas are encouraged and valued
- Support from a nearby head office with a Quality Specialist, Hospitality Manager, and maintenance and allied health teams

- Strong clinical understanding and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential
- Strategic, influential, and collaborative leader with experience in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role in residential aged care
- Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation and a proven track record leading a service to achieve accreditation
- Engaging, motivated, and outcomes-focused with strong business and financial acumen
- Flexible, passionate, and innovative with a drive to deliver contemporary care and services
