Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the safety, security, and maintenance needs of building occupants.
- Provide an on-site presence during business hours and operate as the Chief Fire Warden for the building.
- Liaise directly with tenants and provide a customer service management function.
- Manage access cards, records, and other tenant-related issues.
- Work with the Operations and Asset Management team on upgrades and repairs.
- Provide input to Outgoings budgets and assist with sourcing actuals.
- Engage in ongoing reviews of business processes and systems.
- Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and provide support to the Operations and Asset Management team.
- Proven experience in commercial property management and building services.
- Commercial building management experience.
- Working knowledge of Electrical and HVAC systems for commercial operational applications.
- Certificate or diploma in facilities management or business.
- Trade qualifications in Air Conditioning or Electrical.
