We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our RAC WA team. As a key member of our Facilities Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional facilities management and built environment expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 2IC support to the Facilities Operations team, ensuring ongoing business continuity and operational excellence.
- Support strategic planning, capital expenditure forecasting, and business-specific project work.
- Manage technical operational activities across West Perth, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage fixed assets life cycle in accordance with regulatory requirements and risk management processes.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in facilities operations management and/or property or asset management is necessary.
- An awareness and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
- An understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, timelines, cost, quality, communications, risk, and procurement.
- Experience in supplier/contractor management.
- Qualifications in Facilities Management or a related discipline OR equivalent industry experience is mandatory.
