We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of facilities management services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for employees and clients.
- Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with client and ISS standards.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team to develop and implement asset management plans, ensuring optimal utilization of assets and resources.
- Manage and control budgets, ensuring effective financial management and reporting.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with client and ISS requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a sound understanding of operations and maintenance environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to self-manage, work cooperatively, and collaboratively with others, with a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure.
- Proven ability to use own judgment to effectively manage workloads, take responsibility for, and prioritize tasks, and clearly communicate when undertaking and delivering outcomes and services.
