We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Management Pty Ltd. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to our national telecommunications client across multiple sites in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the delivery of facilities management services to ensure reliable and consistent delivery to plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks, incidents, and tenant/client/customer issues in accordance with agreed processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with client and ISS HSEQ policies and standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities in collaboration with the Asset Management team and National Call Centre.
- Ensure allocated budgets are adhered to and manage variations in accordance with established processes.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team to develop and implement asset management plans for designated areas.
- Ensure all activities meet ISS's and client quality standards.
- Tertiary education in facility management, business administration, or project management, or similar operational qualifications.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary workforce.
- Sound understanding of operations and maintenance environments in telecommunications or technical services industries.
- Risk management approach to building management.
- Ability to self-manage, work cooperatively, and communicate effectively with others.
- Proven ability to use own judgment to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and communicate outcomes and services.
- Interstate travel required from time to time.
